Triple certified (CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP) with over a decade of experience in payroll and human resources, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge to the table that she uses to help her clients solve their payroll problems. After working as both an end-user and as a service provider, she understands the full scope of payroll and the challenges that it brings for small businesses. She can be found toiling away behind her dual 32″ monitors most days from 4 am until the work is done.
In her copious spare time, she enjoys working out, attending events at the local Chamber of Commerce, chasing her boys around, and reading non-fiction books. She is uncompromising in her pursuit of creating value for her clients and eliminating the stress that payroll often brings.
Husband, Father, Co-Founder, Lead Buyer, Firefighter, Real Estate Investor.
Rusty has been enlisted as a Firefighter in the Air Force National Guard for 15 years, and works full time for Phillips 66 Purchasing Materials for their oil and gas Refineries. When Rusty isn’t on drill weekend or at his full-time job he can be found assisting in the strategies and marketing at Valor Payroll Solutions.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his two beautiful boys, hunting, and investing in Real Estate. He is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and keeping his wife happy.

Amanda is FPC certified with 4 years of payroll experience and over 15 years of providing outstanding customer service. She loves that Valor Payroll Solutions provides such a high level of service and care for their small business owners and is ecstatic to be a part of the team. She believes when you service a small business and their employees, you’re also helping the community they’re in. A real person who cares about your payroll and who’s ready to assist you every step of the way. She is looking forward to being in payroll for years to come and gaining her CPP certification.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her teenage son, and going to the beach is one of their favorite things to do. She also enjoys gardening, reading and just recently started furniture makeovers. She is upbeat and ready to add exceptional value to the Valor Payroll Solution’s team!
