Set Up New Hire Time Off Accruals

Enterprise payroll expertise, exclusively for small businesses.

  • Log in to Swipeclock
  • Go to Admin>Timekeeping>Accruals.  
  • Select the Edit Policy link next to the policy you want to add the employee to 
  • Click the box next to the employee’s name
  • Click enroll
  • Choose the effective date using one of the options, or choose Specific Date to set your own date
  • Click Submit
