We partner with Ironwood Business Consulting to offer HR support to our clients. This service does not cost the client anything to sign up.
If we receive an HR question from a client, we first check the Client Survey to see if they’ve already been introduced to Ironwood. If you’re not sure if the question is an HR or payroll question, tag Christina in a note for confirmation.
If there’s a date in the Ironwood column, this is the date they were introduced to Ironwood. If not, proceed as follows:
- Create a draft email using the Hiver email template “Introducing Ironwood Business Consulting: Your HR Support Partner”
- Update the template as needed so that it makes sense as a response to the client’s email
- Tag Christina in a Hiver note for review and approval
- Once approved, CC [email protected] and send the email to the client
- Ironwood should respond with the paperwork the client needs to complete to be able to work with them
- Update the Client Survey with the date the client was introduced to Ironwood so that we can keep track
If the client has previously been introduced to Ironwood, create a draft email to the client suggesting that they reach out to Ironwood with their question.
