Once the employee’s login is created, he/she will receive an email from [email protected] that looks like the email below:

  • The email will include a link for the employee to set up their password (see underlined section).
  • The email will include the employee’s user name (see circled section)
  • The email will include a link to bookmark to login in the future (see arrow)

Once the employee sets up his/her password he/she can log in to view paystubs, W2s, and other information by either logging in online (using the link under the arrow) or by downloading the app on their mobile phone. Instructions to download the app are included in the email.

Paystubs:

  • Paystubs are available on the pay date.
  • Paystubs are not emailed to employees.
  • If the employee has the app on his/her phone he/she will receive a notification on the pay date that their pay stubs are available.
